Our client is seeking a dedicated Plant Manager to oversee the full spectrum of plant operations, encompassing administration, production, processing, packaging, quality control, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, purchasing, safety, and environmental compliance. This role is pivotal in connecting the plant's activities with corporate departments and regulatory bodies, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategic Insights: Build trust with the team by providing insights rooted in business acumen and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the plant's budget, including monitoring expenses and overall fiscal operations.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure the plant is always audit-ready and complies with customer, corporate, and governmental standards.
- Continuous Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and stay informed about the latest industry technologies and processes.
- Efficient Manufacturing: Direct manufacturing activities to fulfill customer orders in a cost-effective manner while upholding quality standards.
- Operational Leadership: Maintain the plant's leading position within the industry through strategic operational analysis.
- Cost Management: Control shrink, labor, and overhead costs effectively.
- Budget Planning: Develop and implement annual manufacturing and capital budgets.
- Financial Support: Provide accurate and timely information to the finance team for closing schedules.
- SOP Creation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement comprehensive safety programs and ensure adherence to food security and environmental health policies.
- Collaborative Practices: Share best practices with other plant managers within the organization.
- Employee Oversight: Manage performance, employee relations, training, development, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
